3.3 Sensitive personal data (Health Information)
As part of onboarding, we ask you to complete a health questionnaire or take you through a health assessment or intake form, which may include information about your medical history, current medications, diagnoses, physical activity levels, sleep, stress, tobacco and alcohol use, and similar lifestyle factors ("Health Information").
We only collect Health Information that is relevant to designing safe and appropriate coaching support and which is voluntarily provided by you. We do not collect Health Information for any purpose other than delivering our services.
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases, consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, as an international best-practice reference point, the principles of the GDPR:
- Consent — For Health Information, marketing communications, testimonials, and session recording, we ask for your clear, specific consent before processing.
- Performance of a contract — To deliver coaching Services you have booked and paid for, including scheduling, invoicing, and session delivery.
- Legal obligation — To comply with UAE commercial, tax, and consumer protection laws (e.g. record-keeping requirements).
- Legitimate interest — To maintain Website security, prevent fraud, and improve our Services, where this does not override your rights and interests.
Because Health Information is sensitive personal data, we rely specifically on your explicit consent, obtained through health assessment or intake forms and the informed consent section of our Client Health Coaching Agreement, rather than on legitimate interest, as the basis for processing it.

6. Cookies and How We Use Them
Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to make the site work properly, understand how visitors use it, and — where you've consented — support marketing.
Categories of cookies we use:
- Essential / functional cookies — Required for the Website to function correctly (e.g. loading pages, remembering form entries, basic security). Opt out? No — these are necessary for the Website to work.

Third-party cookies. Some cookies are set by third-party service providers we use to run the Website (for example, our website hosting platform or, if added, an analytics tool). These providers may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy and cookie policies.
Managing your cookie preferences. Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings menu. You can also set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being placed. Please note that blocking essential cookies may affect how the Website functions.

- Regular review of access permissions
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant UAE authority in accordance with applicable law.
